“ We had an amazing experience today at Red Lobster. I used the Open Table App to make a reservation. We arrived 15 early and the hostess immediately took us to our table. I had indicated on my reservation that it was my husbands 65 birthday. The hostess mentioned to me thay she would make sure to let our waiter know. Our waiter Tyler was really good. He was very attentive. He made sure our drinks were always filled. Our drinks came out quickly. Appetizers came out nice and hot. And our entrees also came out quickly. All the food was delicious. And the owner, she also came over to our table and wished my husband a happy birthday. As well as she came back again to make sure we were OK. And I noticed that she was stopping by each table an asking other customers if they were ok. Which is really nice to see the owner out and about and talking with her customers. And toward the end several waiters and waitresses came out and sang happy birthday to my husbandand brought a free dessert. We definitely will be returning. ”
